One month old!

What I should have been said in the previous post, one month, already!

Bath time!

Here is Clare taking a bath. As you can see she is really growing.
Clare loves this time of the evening, after dinner, a bath then back to
sleep :)

Holding her bottle

Here is Clare holding her bottle, on her own! She did this for about
three minutes before losing her grip.

She is great!

Hard to believe that Clare has been home for a week now. After the three days in NICU she was more than ready. She has been great. So far she only wakes up once or twice a night for feeding(s) and on Thursday night she slept through the night!

I will post some pictures tomorrow but I wanted to at least let all of her fans know that she is well and wonderful.

Clare and Mom are well

Everyone is well here. Clare is still in the nursery, waiting for her
sugars to stabalize. This is normal for "larger" babies from diabetic
moms. Karen is resting and will be in the hospital for three nights.

Here is the last picture I took. Another update tomorrow morning.

All is good :)

All smiles

We can not wait!

Baby Clare due Tomorrow

Yes, Clare should be with us tomorrow afternoon. Karen is having a scheduled C-Section in the early part of the afternoon.

Today Karen, Jane and myself worked around the house trying to get everything ready. But the best part is...we now have POWER!!! After 16 days the lights and everything else came back on.

Tomorrow I will post as we get closer to delivery and pictures will be posted as quickly as I can. Please stay tuned!!

Good night,
Howard
